Lincoln Springs Resort a place to see

Lincoln Springs Resort is a one of a kind family resort and campground located on the outskirts of Charleston.
Lincoln Springs Resort is a new establishment just 5 miles east of campus on Highway 16 right behind Charleston Racetrack.
Lincoln Springs Resort is building many new attractions and has already begun opening some of these attractions to the public. When first pulling into the resort, "Abe's Garden" will be first noticed because of its over 40-foot tall statue of Abe Lincoln.
The main building has three banquet halls and houses The Stovepipe Grill & Smokehouse restaurant. The Presidential room seats up to 150 and is great for family parties, Sorority/Fraternity events, or even birthdays.
Lincoln Springs Resort also has a Trolley, Double Decker Bus, and even an amphibious DUCK vehicle available to rent for tours and special occasions.
The Stovepipe Grill & Smokehouse sign states, "The best darn BBQ you will ever taste!" The restaurant has a large menu specializing in barbeque ribs and chicken, pulled pork, beef brisket and much more.
Even though the restaurant does not sell alcohol, anybody 21 years or older are welcome to bring their own booze. A Sunday buffet offers many great items from the menu from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
In addition, The Stovepipe Grill & Smokehouse is open Monday through Saturday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. with take-out orders and catering available. Along with the restaurant, other attractions have opened as well.
The 18-hole Mini Golf course is a challenging and affordable activity for friends and family. It is a professional course with winding streams, waterfalls, and a pond full of Koi fish nearby.
Mini Golf is $5 per person, but Thursday's college students get 10 percent off. If golf is not your game, then you are sure to find the game you are looking for in "The Game Nexis."
The Game Nexis is a game room that contains up-to-date with technology and gaming for intermediate or extreme gamers. Unlike the outdated arcade games our parents used to play, The Game Nexis offers all new Xbox and PC games.
