 Step 1: Here Lance helps Chris by holding down her feet as she throws the weighted ball to him. To begin this step, lay down and put your feet between one another like in the photo above. This works out the lower stomach that tends to be hard to work out.

 Step 2: Together they turn side to side while one partner holds the ball. Be aware not to drop the ball!

 Step 3: In this step Lance holds Chris's feet while she is working on sit-ups. While doing this step you can have a conversation about the days events! This step helps to tighten the abs.

 Step 4: Trusting that Lance will not step on her, Chris holds on to her boyfriend's feet as she slowly lifts them up toward him. One the feet get to the other partner, that partner should push the feet back to the floor causing this step to become more intense.

 Step 5: As shown in the picture, Chris is standing half way on Lance's feet, helping him to hold down the bottom weight of his body. The positions have changed and now Lance is throwing the weighted ball to Chris. While exercising to great abs, this is also a trust factor for a recent relationship.

I think this would be a really great idea to try. The only thing is that you would need to find any effective partner? what would be your advice in how to judge who to pick as your partner? I really did like this article and the ideas that it gave me. (Continued…)
